I want you guys to remember this. Everybody in the world is seeking happiness. Everyone wants the same things, there’s only one way to find it & that is by controlling your thoughts. Happiness doesn’t depend on an outward condition, it depends on inner conditions. Basically there’s a space between something happening like a stimulus & your reaction…There’s this brief golden moment, a little tiny portion of time that happens, when something happens to you & before you react to that stimulus, you have a small moment to choose for yourself how your gunna react.
